Posoria is a product of Adixa LLC — Last updated: May 2026
The Basics
By installing or using Posoria or Posoria Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the plugin. These terms are between you and Adixa LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States.
Free Version vs Pro Version
Posoria (Free) is available on WordPress.org under the GPL-2.0 license. You can use, copy, and distribute it freely under those terms.
Posoria Pro is proprietary software sold through posoria.com. Buying a license gives you the right to use it under the conditions below. You are buying a license to use the software, not the software itself.
What Your License Covers
Your license depends on the plan you purchased:
- Starter ($89/year): One WordPress website, owned by you.
- Business ($149/year): Up to three WordPress websites, owned by you.
- Agency ($219/year): Up to five WordPress websites, including sites you build or manage for clients.
Using Posoria Pro on more sites than your plan allows is a breach of these terms and may result in your license being revoked without a refund.
What You Can Do
- Install and run Posoria Pro on the number of sites your plan allows
- Use it for commercial purposes on your own store or, on the Agency Plan, for client stores
- Receive updates and support while your subscription is active
What You Cannot Do
- Share, resell, or transfer your license or license key to anyone else
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Posoria Pro source code
- Use a nulled or cracked version of Posoria Pro
- Distribute nulled or cracked versions through any website, forum, or platform
- Remove any copyright notices or license keys from the plugin files
- Use the plugin for anything illegal or harmful
We take piracy seriously. Anyone found distributing unauthorized versions of Posoria Pro will face DMCA takedown notices and copyright infringement claims under US law. We will pursue every legal option available to us.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Posoria Pro is billed annually and renews automatically each year. You can cancel any time from your customer dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges but the plugin keeps working until your current period ends. After that you stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Updates and Support
All active subscribers get plugin updates and email support at info@posoria.com. Agency Plan subscribers get priority support and can submit feature requests that we review for future development. We work hard to keep the plugin compatible with current WordPress and WooCommerce versions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible third-party plugin, custom theme, or hosting setup.
Our Responsibility
Posoria Pro is thoroughly tested across many WordPress environments. That said, WordPress is a complex platform and things outside our control can go wrong — hosting issues, plugin conflicts, server configurations, custom code. We are not responsible for issues caused by factors outside the plugin itself.
More specifically, if something goes wrong while using Posoria Pro, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current license period. We are not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or any other losses beyond that, regardless of how they occurred. This is standard for all software products and protects both sides fairly.
Our Intellectual Property
Everything in Posoria Pro — the code, design, branding, and documentation — belongs to Adixa LLC and is protected by US and international copyright law. The Posoria name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.
Third-Party Services
Posoria Pro connects with Stripe, Square, and PayPal for payment processing. These are independent companies with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for how they operate or any issues that arise from using their services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between us falls under Wyoming jurisdiction.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your license immediately if you break these terms. If that happens, you need to stop using Posoria Pro and remove it from your sites. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Posoria Pro after changes means you accept the updated terms.
