How It Works

When you contact us with a refund request, our support team will always try to resolve your issue first. Most problems — including plugin conflicts, WooCommerce compatibility, and configuration questions — are solved within 24 to 48 hours.

If after working with our team your issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund immediately. No hassle.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • The plugin has a bug or defect our team cannot fix
  • The plugin is incompatible with your WordPress or WooCommerce version and the issue cannot be resolved
  • A third-party conflict exists that our team cannot solve

What Does Not Qualify

  • Change of mind after 14 days from purchase
  • Wrong plan purchased after the license has been activated and used
  • Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date

Renewals

Posoria Pro renews automatically every year. You can cancel anytime from your customer dashboard. If you missed a renewal charge, contact us at info@posoria.com within 48 hours and we will review it.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed your license is deactivated immediately. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
