POS Plugin

A POS that stays inside WooCommerce.

Our Mission

We built Posoria because we could not find a WooCommerce POS that worked the way a real store needs. No bloat, no monthly SaaS fees, and no separate app outside WordPress. Just a fast point of sale that lives inside WooCommerce, the platform you already run.

A register screen cashiers can learn fast

The POS interface is built for speed. Cashiers can search products, apply coupons, manage the cart, select a customer, and take payment in seconds, without a training manual.

The numbers that matter, on one dashboard

From total sales and POS orders to top products and cashier performance, the Posoria dashboard shows how the store is doing. Figures update live every day.

Why we built it

It started with a client project. A retail owner asked us to build a WooCommerce store and wanted a point of sale system built directly into the website: counter sales, stock, customers, and order history in one place, without jumping between tools.

We tested every WooCommerce POS plugin we could find, including YITH POS and FooSales. We installed them, configured them, and ran real store scenarios. One by one they fell short. Some interfaces felt a decade old. Others made simple tasks harder than they should be. A few worked on paper but were painful for cashiers. None of them had the speed, reliability, or day-to-day depth a physical store needs. Our client rejected them all. That is when we stopped looking for a plugin and started building one.

Instead of forcing a weak plugin on our client, we built Posoria from scratch. We wanted a clean interface cashiers can use without fighting it, a solid WordPress backend, and the features a retail counter needs from day one.

We shipped it for that client first. Then we saw the same gap everywhere: WooCommerce store owners still stuck with clunky POS workarounds or SaaS tools that pull data off WordPress. Posoria is the plugin we wished existed then. It lives inside WooCommerce, keeps your data on your server, and is the bar we hold ourselves to with every update, feature, and support ticket.
